I've spent much of my working life building things: companies, teams, products and ideas.
That has included founding and selling a technology business, helping other owners sell theirs, and working across Como 1907 while leading its commercial ventures.
Photography has run alongside that work for years. It has probably taught me as much about attention, perspective and what we fail to notice as anything I learned in a boardroom.

Perspective changes with experience. Certainty is often temporary. Questions create space for understanding to evolve.
Today's reality is not yesterday's.
Simplicity is sophistication.
Simplicity is not the absence of complexity. It is the result of understanding how and why something becomes complex.
Reality requires reinforcement.
A narrative does not become reality because somebody declares it. It is continually maintained through language, behaviour, incentives, decisions and the interpretation of what happens next. Without that reinforcement, the reality it sustains begins to unravel.
Understanding is only the beginning.
